My approach to therapy is an integrative one, emphasizing empowerment, resiliency, and an opportunity to gain a new outlook on life. Our work together takes place in a safe, compassionate, trusting, and supportive environment. Techniques often incorporated include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy (including the use of art therapy and sand tray therapy).
